During our first meeting, we will try to understand your needs and help you to identify your goals for therapy. Then we will meet weekly for an hour. At first we will build a professional relationship, helping you develop coping skills.

We can give you an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. They may or may not reimburse you, based on your benefits. You might want to contact them first and ask about out of network benefits.

If you use an insurance provider that we have a contract with, your co-payments are based on your coverage. Please contact your insurance provider and ask about co-payments for behavioral services/mental health/telehealth, deductibles, and any limitations to services.
